About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the free audit we offer through it. They are between you and businessautomations.ai ltd, trading as Business Automations, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16315114, registered office 9 Kerry Street, Horsforth, Leeds, England, LS18 4AW. Any engagement to map, build, install or run a system for you is agreed separately in writing before work begins or payment is taken, and that written agreement takes precedence over these terms for that work.
This website
The content on this site describes the kind of work we do. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and reading it does not create a contract between us. We may change it at any time. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current.
You may read and share this site freely. You may not copy it to pass off as your own, scrape it, or do anything to it that would interfere with its running or with other people's use of it.
The free audit
The audit is a call at no charge. On it you walk us through the work your business repeats, and together we map it: which steps a system could take, and which should stay with a person. You keep that map whether we go on to work together or not. Booking an audit places you under no obligation to buy anything, and it does not commit us to taking on the work. If we think nothing is worth automating, we will say so.
Confidentiality
What you tell us on the audit about your business stays between us. We will not share it with anyone outside businessautomations.ai ltd, and we will not use it for anything other than the audit and any work you go on to ask for, unless you agree otherwise in writing or the law requires it.
Pricing
No prices for our services are published on this website and no payment is taken through it. The only figure this site states is that the audit costs nothing. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually, and the figure is agreed in writing before any work starts.
What we do not promise
Results depend on your tools, your data and your processes. We describe what a system is designed to do, not a guaranteed outcome. Any hours or timings mentioned on this site are design intent rather than a measured result. Where a task needs human judgement we will tell you it should stay with a person.
Ownership
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the systems we build for you, and they run in accounts held in your name. Our own pre-existing tools, methods and know-how remain ours, and we may use them for other clients. The map from the audit is yours.
Third parties
Links from this site to other services, including our Facebook page, take you to sites we do not control and whose terms are their own. Systems we build for you will usually run on third-party platforms in your accounts, and your use of those platforms is governed by their terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website or the free audit is limited to the amount you paid for them, which is nothing, and our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
